Byanka serves as the COO for MCES. Byanka provides leadership and strategic vision to the organization. She is responsible for maintaining and driving operational results within MCES, by working closely with the CEO and the CMO, as well as other leadership team members.
She holds a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University and a MS in HR Management from Holy Family University. She is certified through the Human Resource Certification Institute as a Senior HR Professional and through the Society for Human Resource Management as a SHRM Certified Professional.
