FULL TIME
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation Counseling, etc…) and 2 years of experience in Mental Health, specifically with the Co-Occurring population. However, we will consider any combination of education and experience that would provide the knowledge, skills and abilities required for the position.
Education/Experience Required: High School Diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of three (3) years of specialized experience and/or training in medical records within a hospital or medical office preferred. Will consider any combination of experience, education or training that would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required.
Education/Experience Required: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university, or related health field required. Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. License/Certifications CPHRM – Cert Prof Healthcare Risk Mgmt (Preferred) Experience. Three (3) years of experience in Quality, Performance Improvement and Risk Management/and or Patient Safety activities within an acute medical or psychiatric treatment setting. General experience in Patient Safety Activity(ies) such as RCA, FMEA, Peer Review, Rapid Cycle PDSA, Performance Improvement Methodologies and tools (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)/high reliability organization (Preferred).A strong knowledge of JOINT COMMISSION, CMS standards, and any other applicable federal and state laws and regulations governing mental health care facilities. Clinical background Preferred.
PART TIME / PER DIEM
