{"id":14872,"date":"2022-07-01T12:31:35","date_gmt":"2022-07-01T12:31:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/mces.org\/WordPress\/?p=14872"},"modified":"2025-03-04T07:47:53","modified_gmt":"2025-03-04T14:47:53","slug":"carols-place-has-a-new-home","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/mces.org\/WordPress\/carols-place-has-a-new-home\/","title":{"rendered":"Carol&#8217;s Place Has A New Home"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Carol&#8217;s Place is now located on the grounds of Eagleville Hospital in Lower Providence Township.\u00a0 The redevelopment of a portion of the Norristown State Hospital property where Carol&#8217;s Place was located necessitated this move and we have been working diligently to find a new home.<\/p>\n<p>Renovations were made to Acadia House, a modular unit that formerly housed a 16-bed drug treatment program, to create an 8-bed facility with the home-like setting integral to the service philosophy of Carol&#8217;s Place.<\/p>\n<p>We continue to work closely with Eagleville staff in adapting to our new location and circumstance.
