Suicide Prevention

MCES works daily with organizations throughout the region, including the National Alliance on Mental Illness, to prevent suicide. We provide a comprehensive array of informational and educational materials on suicide prevention to health and behavioral health providers, community organizations, and individuals and families.

We are also on the front line of helping individuals in crisis. We are one of over 180 crisis services making up the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline Network (Call: 988 to talk with trained counselors).

We answer 5,000 calls annually.
